How to take?

How to Use Raw Fuel

For one serving, add 5 heaped tablespoons (approx. 100g) to 500ml of oat, almond, coconut, or hemp milk and blend well in a Raw Sport shaker or blender. It also mixes smoothly with water — try adding a few ice cubes for a refreshing shake.

Serving sizes can be adjusted to suit your preference, and Raw Fuel can also be enjoyed as a porridge-style smoothie bowl. For a thicker texture, use less liquid and top with fresh berries such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
